Requirements and core competencies:


- at least 2 years work of management related experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent experience

- strong IT technical background, proficient with various software application programs

- excellent communication skills both written and oral

- strong leadership skills

- extremely proactive, can effectively motivate team members, organized and responsible

- excellent ability to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem solving skills when making decisions

- strong ability to coach, develop action plans to maximize performance, and to provide effective feedback
